Often if you show your face, potential customers have a chance to feel more connected to you, therefore they would be more likely to use your service. People are looking to social media to feel like they have an understanding of the company they are viewing. Also, if you show your face, you are the best advocate for whatever your product is. People are much more likely to relate to your product if they can first relate to you, your story, or your experience and passion with your product.
